Elbow

The command allows to design an elbow pipe (or curve) in 3D and it is represented via angular extrusion of Angle (A) and Radius (R) of a hollow circle section with Diameter (D) and Thickness (T).

Il comando consente di disegnare un tubo a gomito (o curva) in 3D e viene rappresentato per estrusione angolare di Angolo (A) e Raggio (R) di una sezione di un cerchio di Diametro (D) cavo con Spessore (T). Optionally, two Straight Sections (TL) are provided at the entrance and exit of the pipe.

The elbow pipe provides the follow insertion options:

Default: Insertion by connector. Need to select a connector to place the base point and direction of elbow. The rotation angle is also asked via a compass.

POint: Insertion by point and direction. Need to select the base point and the direction. The rotation angle is also asked via a compass.
COrner: Insertion on an angled track. Need to select the vertex point and two point respectively on the first and second incident line on the vertex.

PIpes: Fitting or junction between two pipes. It is used where there are two straight pipes incident on a vertex and it is necessary joining them with an elbow.
