Eccentric Reducer

The command allows do design a concentric reducer in 3D, it is represented with a segment of a hollow pipe with variable section, characterized by Start Diameter (D1) and End Diameter (D2) with the relative Thickness (T1 and T2) and Length (L)

The dialog and relative requests are basically the same as the one of the Concentric Reducer, the main difference regards the insertion phase. In case of an eccentric reduction the rotation angle will also be requested.
