The layout application uses pre-drawn graphic sketches. These sketches must be created and maintained correctly in an orderly folder structure.

It should be underlined that the Layout application does not directly use the sketches present in the tables created by the designers. These drawings will be processed by a particular software which will create a new folder structure in which the sketches will be saved in individual drawings (.dwg). This new structure is invisible to the user.

Whenever maintenance of the figures is required, the user must operate on the original drawings. Once the maintenance operations have been completed, simply start the publication program and the tables will be made available to all users.

It is advisable to include the original tables intended for maintenance in company backup processes.

The original tables intended for maintenance must not be duplicated: all maintenance-enabled users must access the same instance of the tables.
