The layout module uses price lists prepared with Microsoft Excel in XLT format (Microsoft Excel Templates). These price lists are placed in the templates folder .of the Layout application and must comply with certain rules.

Every Excel document has two sheets:

  • Presentation Sheet: This is the "fair copy" price list; it is the sheet intended to present the data according to the operator's requests. The application never modifies the presentation sheet.
  • Data Sheet: This must be called "BACKSTAGE" and is linked to the presentation sheet. The application analyzes and compiles the data sheet.
    The Data sheet can use two models, depending on your needs, you can select one or the other:
    • Column Model
    • Matrix Model
