Reorganize ballooning

What

Allows you to rearrange the positioning of one or more dots.

Why

To be able to stretch/modify the orientation of the dots even if they are aggregated to non-editable parts. The command will also try not to cross the dots' guidelines during repositioning.

How

As for the normal iron command, it is sufficient to select what must be ironed, in this case dots. Once the dots have been selected, you can decide whether to modify the spacing between them or change their alignment (horizontal/vertical). Once the parameters have been decided, all you need to do is give the placement point. (It is also possible to choose the reference dot to simplify repositioning)
