Floor

What

Allows to design a floor or a solid roof.

Why

This command allows to design a supporting floor for the layout

How

Upon launching the command the following dialog with various settings is shown.

Colour : Determines the floor colour.

Aspect : Determines the floor material.

Width (X) : Determines the floor width.

Length (Y) : Determines the floor length.

Thickness (Z) : Determines the floor thickness, if set to 0 a floor with no thickness will be created.

Position : Determines if you want to position the floor at the origin (0;0;0) or choose the positioning.

Elevation : The elevation allows you to define the reference height of the floor or ceiling with respect to the XY plane of the UCS, taking into account the thickness.

Create Part : Determines if the software has to create a part dedicated to the floor.

Ceiling : Determines if the software has to create a floor or a ceiling. The reference z changes on the above or below part of the solid.

Transparent : Determines if the floor has to be transparent.

Note:

To edit default floor measures you need to edit the TOPX.prs file in the environment.
