Fluid Definition

It is possible to edit fluids via the command. This allows to edit existing fluids or creating new fluids. A configuration dialog containing the fluid's characteristics is shown.

The configuration is registered in the "fluids" folder in the current environment, the file is defined with the fluid name and a progressive.
