Shaft Break

  • What
  • Draws the rupture of a shaft.
  • Why
  • To display a possible rupture of the shaft.
  • How
  • Set the two points which determine the shaft’s diameter, then the symbol is displayed and is requested if to rotate the shaft of 180°.
  • Note
  • When inserting the two points, first is active the function osnap END OF, then PERPENDICULAR. This allows to insert correctly the diameter and the rupture’s position at the end of the shaft and not in any point.
