This is the file which represents balloon block used by the line balloon functions. The file contains an entity circle which represents the edge and a central attribute with a NUM label. The external edge must have a diameter 1, thus, to modify the proportion between balloon size and enhancement, work on the height of the latter. The user can modify the balloon’s colours.
