Updates the labeling in the drawing with the current values ​​in the attributes of the associated parts.

Why

It is necessary to launch the command when you modify the attributes of the parts that are associated with the labeling. In this way it is possible to maintain the compatibility between the values ​​of the attributes and the values ​​present on the labels. If a label has just been converted from previous versions it will not have any attributes associated therefore, during the execution of the command, the user will have to establish through a special dialogue which attribute to associate with this label.
