This represents the secondary AutoCAD text style and corresponds to the style defined in SecondaryTextFontMe10. There are 3 text styles available for conversion. If the two settings are:

SecondaryTextFontAutoCAD=COMPLEX
SecondaryTextFontMe10=hp_block_c

This means that all texts defined in ME10 with the style "hp_block_c" will be converted into AutoCAD using the "COMPLEX" style, and vice versa.
