Horizontal adjustment factor for the dimension suffix during conversion from AutoCAD to ME10.

A typical example of a suffix is the closing parenthesis placed after a dimension value. If it appears too far from or too close to the text, it can be correctly repositioned using this adjustment factor.

It accepts real values, both positive (to the right) and negative (to the left).
