Break Shafts Feather

- What
 - Draws the section of a shaft with flap fitting.
 
- Why
 - Avoid to draw a circumference and apply accordingly the flap fitting. Also the symmetry axis is designed.
 
- How
 - Insert the shaft’s diameter (minimum 6.0; maximum 500.0), then, if requested to insert the centre of the shaft , digit Angle or A and will be inserted before the centre the positioning angle of the flap (90° by default).
