Series of Parallel Lines

Ribbon: Top Mechanical Draw > Construction > Parallel > Series

  • What
  • Draws a series of parallel construction lines to a selected polly line’s line or segment.
  • Why
  • The series of lines become a reference in the drawing.
  • How
  • Select the baseline, insert the distance value between the construction lines, set the number of desired lines and select the insertion side. The option "Two Points" creates a fictitious line uniting two points to which align the construction lines.
