Edit Block
Ribbon: Top QS Utility > Block > Edit Block
- What
- Edits blocks placed in the drawing. Helps to manage blocks created with the command Top_MakeBlkView.
- Why
- To modify the blocks directly operating directly on the entities which compose them.
- How
- Enter the command and select the block to edit. Once selected the block the following toolbar appears:
There are three buttons on the toolbar associated to as many commands. The first button selects in the drawing the entities to add to the block to edit. The second command ends editing by cancelling all modifications brought to the block. The third button ends editing saving all modifications. While the main editing command is running, the user can still run other standard operations on the block entities, as stretch, rotate, etc.
