	The title-block is an AutoCAD drawing file which contains enhancements automatically edited once loaded with the command Top_Cart and reads the value of the TOP part enhancements. To customize see 4.2. Customization Drawing Files. The title-block is placed in the part “cart”, child of the TOP part.
