Parts -> Zoom
Select an element in the model space or in the parts tree, click on “Zoom” in the contextual menu under “Parts…” and the part’s “Expand Zoom" is activated. “Zoom” in the empty space - if allowed by the settings - and the TOP part “Expand Zoom” is displayed.
