Angle Chamfer

Ribbon: Top Mechanical Draw > Special Edit > Chamfer > Angle Bar

  • What
  • Chamfer two lines setting the chamfer distance only on the first line and sets the chamfer angle. The initial distance value is set to 0.0, the angle is set at 45°.
  • Why
  • Draws a chamfer with a defined angle on one side.
  • How
  • Select two lines and set the topping distance of the first line and the chamfer angle. The command displays a non-modal dialogue box which displays a double list of topping distances and angles set by the RACCSMUS.PRS file, previously described. The user can set the distance and the angle from the dialogue or with the keyboard.
