Revision Table

Menu: Top Parts > Revision Table

  • What
  • Provides user with a tool to keep track of the changes made on a drawing.
  • Why
  • During its productive life, the drawing of a component or of a machine tends to undergo several changes, said revisions, due to enhancements introduced responding to needs that may happen over time. In these cases you usually make a change to the initial project, in order to meet these needs, this table makes sure to keep track of these revisions.
  • How
  • When you run the command it will be presented to the user the following interface, which traces out the future structure of the table that will be inserted. The command searches the revisions table in the current drawing and, if it finds it, proposes the content again to allow user to edit or integrate it.

The ordinary TOP user will be free to fill in this table as good as he or she thinks, while if there is our D&D business software, this table will refer to the reviews set out in it and user will not be given the opportunity to edit its content. In fact, in this case, we will refer to the reviews described in D&D and if you want to change them you need to refer to its tools.
