groupgetdescription(strNomeGroup: stringa)

Funzione che ritorna la descrizione di un gruppo.

In ingresso vuole il nome del gruppo che può essere passato sia come stringa standard LUA 4 che unicode. (la stringa e non l'oggetto gruppo)
